There’s no dynamic link between FCPX and Motion. You can export whatever clips need some roto work with the third party ClipExporter app although it’s a bit fiddly and I’ll be the first to say it’d be great if Apple gave us an easier way..
if there’s no masking/Rotao work then the keyer in FCPX is the same as the one in motion so there’s very little advantage in sending it there.
