    FCP has a Lens Flare.
Look in the Generators > Renders.
I think that in the MOTION contents use to be something also.

There’s Motion’s flare generator or Video Copilot makes “Optical Flares” for After Effects if you need some extra horsepower.

I’m assuming you are looking to replicate the lens flare AND the transition. It’s two seperate components that are pretty easy to break down.

First is a default FCP lens flare, with most of the settings turned off, to look like a spotlight.

The transition is a light leak transition, possibly home made. Search vimeo, there’s a few available on there free to download.

The clip following the transition has the same default lens flare, just a bit bigger.

Most the other flares look like they came from Video Copilot, or were hand made and composited.

    Good luck!
