Ok, I see what you mean, I tried it again and you can size the cookie cutter but rectangle grows in all directions. The plugin Graham recommended looks like it fits the need. Too bad Vegas did not add X and Y scaling to the cookie cutter. Sorry for the confusion. I liked the FBmn Border so I purchased it tonight. You never know when you will need it so for the $22 it was worth it and it works in Vegas 14!
