I need to learn how to do this effect I have FCP, Premiere Pro, and AE Need Assistance
I think this effect would be done in AE most likely, but I am stuck as far as how to actually do it. The effect is basically like a Channel Switch Distortion running through someone’s body like Electricity. Excuse the horrible song but this video(below) uses this effect quite a few times. This effect can be see at 0:13 and 0:14. Help this is one I need to master. Thanks.

This is how I would do it. Shoot the person on a green screen and then key them out. Place them in front of a white background. Apply the Bad TV filter to the person. It is at: Effects, Video Filters, Stylize, Bad TV. Adjust to how you like it with keyframes and you are good to go. Best of luck.
