I need to convert my footage Uncompressed HD 4:2:2 10 bit to ProRes using compressor. What option is the best to choose?

    1) ProRes 422
    2) ProRes 422 HQ
    3) ProRes 422 for progressive material HQ

I shoot with Sony F900 and transfer to Uncompress HD 4:2:2 (big mistake)

Since the F900 records HDCAM I would use ProRes 422 HQ.
