I need all the help I can get.
I need to make a video of a flashback based on still pictures.
Now, I need to put some effects on it to make it look like a scary looking, kinda of “Seven” intro little clip.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23eZMdixAuk

Hmm …
– apply a wiggle expression to the position for a little quiver
– do the same for brightness & contrast, or a white solid to get flicker
– stick in a few scratches (draw & scan, or make masks with the pen stroke and apply the stroke effect)
– bump up the contrast, or search the COW for “bleach bypass”
– add jump cuts & repeat frames here and there
– add the occasional zoom into a really scary shot…
