I need a real pros advice for good camera
I would like to get into more creative things with Vegas like music videos for more mainline broadcast like MTV,VH1,and BET. Also I have some Ideas for Kids shows and animated shorts for stations like PBS or Cartoon Network.
I collected a few DV cameras over the past few years with a Panasonic PDV951 3-CCD being my top camera.
My goal now is to get good camera(s???) that is technically capable of shooting killer video and also not too expensive. Any recommendations?

I would not pay more than $5000 but $2-3000 would be a good range.
