No worries… Hey, I’m cutting the spots in Premiere for logistical reasons. But… I’m doing all the fun stuff in X, since I don’t rent the other 2 or 3 Adobe apps which would be needed to do things like this. : -)

Wait…a moment ago you said that FCX was used in multi-million dollar campaigns and features…but now say you aren’t using it for “logical reasons.” What are they? That the companies hiring you think it’s not suited? Or is there something about the app itself, or Premiere Pro…that is making it the choice for Vulcans? (logical)

It is, I’ve used in on more campaigns than this one, I use it all the time. And i’ve heard it’s been used on some features… 😉

No, I said logistical. Different word. 🙂

The “logistical” reason was the fact that 4 other editors were on the same campaign using 7 and/or Premiere, Didn’t make sense to add a 3rd NLE to the pile. I certainly could have if I wanted to. Like I said, I did all the fun stuff in X.
