    I have narrowed it down to one hard drive, now what?

    I plugged in each drrive individually and found that the drive that the data is on is the problem. When I double click it I just get the colored pinwheel.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Jerome,

    OK, so I was wrong about the corrupted project files! Never mind.

    Try running Disk Utility to diagnose the dive. If that doesn’t work, but the dive appears to be mechanically working, try a package like Disk Warrior.
