I have a problem with windows 7
Hello, my name is Carlos Petz. I work in the New Media (newmedia.ufm.edu) department at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. To edit our videos, we use Sony Vegas program. Previously, we used it with Windows XP on a Dell T7400 but we recently updated our software to Windows 7. We are experiencing problems when capturing and transferring network files; these problems didn’t occur in Windows XP. If you could provide us a solution to this, we would appreciate it very much.

Carlos, there is a similar thread just below yours on the thread list, a person from Guatemala. Please review the links that I posted on that thread see if any of them work, and then come back to us with a more specific problem definition. As you can see, there could be a lot of reasons for this change. You need to work through a few of them first.

Also what version of Sony Vegas? Only version 9.0 is “officially” supported on Windows 7.
