I did something stupid and need your help…
Hi guys. I plugged in my new HDV deck to my Windows XP Pro edit station and made the choice to open Premiere every time that the HDV deck was plugged in. Now, regardless of what I’m doing, when I plug in the deck Premiere Pro starts up and IT’S DRIVING ME MAD!!
How do I reset it to do NOTHING??

With the deck plugged in, go to My Computer. Right click on the HDV deck and choose “Properties”. Click the “AutoPlay” tab. Click the “Prompt me each time to choose an action” option.
That should do it.

Unfortunately, I have no options for modifying access. I don’t see an “autoPlay” tab. Is there a way to do this in the registry?
