I can’t spin an object. PLEASE HELP!
Hello,
I’m finding a certain effect hard to do in motion. I have a circle and want it to spin, not in a clockwise motion, but in a 3D sense. a line passes it and the circle is supposed to spin from right to left 360 degrees at a changing speed. I can’t figure out how to do this in motion. I know AE has a 3d realm where i could spin it on a Z-axis but everything else I have dont is in motion and it would just be easier if i could do it in motion.Thanks for any help.

The Basic 3D filter does just what you’re asking. Look in Distorion->Basic 3D.
