I Break for H.264
Quicktime 7’s H.264 rocks. I love nearly everything about it.
Trouble is, when I use it to send rough cuts of my current edits to producers, ooops! They haven’t upgraded yet. Oops – Avid doesn’t universally support it yet. A phonecall from the online editor: “Uuh, what did you use for that reference video? Could you dumb it down a bit for us?”
(sigh) Why can’t everyone be a first adopter? Grrr…
