    Hi There!
    We bought 4 “HyperLink studio” to use them as an “ISOS” just in case we need some extra footage in post.
    The point is, we cannot play it a full qlty in our avid systems.
    We get a message:
    “Exception: HangridBase: Err:0-1979514218 lk interruptobject.cpp 1151 error code: KLPKerr_CodecFatalDecodeError Msg: “Card2Decode:pipe1DecodeError”

    We have 2 AVID Media Composer Vrs 6.0.3 on PC and 1 Symphony Vrs 6.0.3 on a MAC
    Working with SanDisk (SSD) and already reinstaled Hyperlink software and updated them but still having same mssge.

    Any Ideas somewhere?

    Hi,

    which files types are you using? native MXF, ProRes or Quicktime with DNxHD codec?

    How do load the files into the AVID?

    Via Fileimport, AMA-Link, or MXF Files into MediaFiles/MXF/1?

    Hey!
    We are recording MXF files on Hyperdeck using SSD (SanDisk extreme), We create a new folder into Avid mediaFiles>MXF>1EDIT>1.
    Then drag msmMMOB.mdb into AVID bin and it create those files automatically.
    I noticed that HyperDeck record 3 different Docmnts (2 audios & 1 Video) per file.
    It means, If there’s 10 clips into AVID, HyperDeck has 30 clips.
    Point is, when I playback any file full quality, a pop up error window shows up. player or Record window.
    only if I play on low qlty it works,
    Also, That happens on either Mac or PC. We have 2 MC 6.0.3 and 1 Symphony 6.0.3 full Ram, intensive maintnace etc.
    We call BlackMagic support and they say: “here is working perfectlly”
    Any Ideas?
