    Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 720 60p switch?

    Hi,

    I’m thinking about using the Shuttle 2 for a shot where I will need to be switching between 23.98psf and 720p59.94 for slow motion, as I think the hyperdeck still can’t do 1080 60p, right?

    My question is, do I need a computer to switch the Shuttle from 1080p23.98 to 720p59.94 or can this be done easily in the recorder the way pretty much all other recorders on the market do?

    And am I better off with 720p59.94 for slow motion or shooting 1080i59.94 and then deinterlacing if the final video will be finished in 1080p23.98?
