  Hyperdeck Captures (30fps) into Avid Media Composer? Cannot apply time remapping.

  Hi,

  When the Hyperdeck MXF captures (1080p30) are brought into a 29.97 project it’s not possible to do any time-remapping. Avid says “a motion control cannot be created form a clip with a non-native frame rate”.

  Any way to get Hyperdeck to either output 29.97 files or to get Avid to work at 30fps? Or any other way around it?

  Using Media Composer 6.
