I’m about to buy my third HVX200 component RGB cable in as many years as I have had yet another critical cable failure on a shoot (primary and backup cables both failed). Does anyone know of an aftermarket third party solution?

    I like TV.

    Done typing now.

Chris – Are you sure this Canon cable will work on our Pana HVXs ? One of the B&H reviews mentioned the cable is long as a con, in my book, that’s a pro since the Pana breakout cable usually hangs with weighty connectors & barrels tugging at me…. even with cable strain relief. Do you know how long the Canon cable is ?
    thanks – dp

Sorry Chris – Just found Barry Green’s post from a while back that said the Canon cable is compatible…. along with some JVC brands….. surprising. I’m going to get 3 of them.

    thanks.
