HVX200 Codec Question for FCP 7
I have an older project cut on FCP 7 that I’m working on. Long story.
I want to bring in old 720p HVX200 footage in and convert it an amiable ProRes format so that it cuts like butter and I don’t have any issues down the road. What format and settings do you recommend?
If I need to give you any settings to answer my questions, where would I look for those?

Are you saying you cannot bring in your footage?
It has been awhile – yet my memory of it is that it just works.
“Log and Capture” or something like that.
And then I also import using that Panasonic App – P2CMS or something like that.
Have you ever got footage out of your HVX200?
