HVX Drive and Firmware UPDATE ISSUE
I have an HVX 200a. Getting lots of use out of it lately.
Problem 1 Randomly one of the slots on the p2 drive is showing that the neither of the 16g P2 cards are compatible. The other slot works fine.
Problem 2 Im running 4.06 on the firmware. Would an update help?
I tried updating already and my 4 gb SD card is not being seen to prompt the update selection in the menu.Problem 3 Stuck on Servo
The recession is kicking me with my 2 children and new relocation to Orange County, California. Sending this camera in would be a horrible thing. Thank you in advance for any response.

Stuff like this you have to send it in. There is no internet fix for a bad card slot same thing for a stuck switch. You should be able to rent a camera when you have a paying gig, these things rent for about $100 in nashville, surely your day rate will more than cover that. Sucks to lose that money but you have to do what you have to do.
