  HV 20 24p workflow/HDMI/BMD Multibridge/ Pro Res

  I have some 24p HV 20 footage, have ingested into Final Cut 6 via HDMI (using Convergent-Design Nano Connect) into a Blackmagic Design Multibridge and the 1080i/59.94 Pro Res 422 HQ capture preset.

  I monitor out on a CRT Hi-def TV, via BMD and the 1080i/29.97/ 1920×1280 preset, and it looks good, but I want to get the most of this 24p footage. What do I need to do from here to make sure I see it properly when exporting?
