  Human Spine Animation in AE

  Hello all, first time posting in the C4D Forums but want to achieve a human spine animation similar to this…

  I was considering using AE with some sort of puppet rigging but not sure if thats achievable.

  Im not good at modelling so ideally wanted to buy a model and animate that.

  Any pointers greatly appreciated.
