When one does a backup of about 2 TB of Alexa shoot files to LTO with Bru, and makes a PDF of the contents at the end of the backup, one ends up with a PDF the runs into thousands of pages, since Bru lists every single file. This makes it impossible to make a printout.

Since Alexa shoots to file sequences, every frame is a file. 1440 files per minute (per 10 GB) so in 2 TB one would have some hundreds of millions of files each faithfully listed in the Bru PDF.

Is there some way to present file sequences as a single entry?

For instance, an Arriraw file sequence that runs from
    A004C001_170321_R56H.1309313.ari
    A004C001_170321_R56H.1309314.ari
    A004C001_170321_R56H.1309314.ari
    ..
    ..
    ..
    A004C001_170321_R56H.1328163.ari
    A004C001_170321_R56H.1328164.ari
    A004C001_170321_R56H.1328165.ari

has 18853 separate entries in the Bru PDF

But, If its listed like how DaVinci Resolve lists the above example as one entry, like
    A004C001_170321_R56H.[1309313-1328165].ari
it could potentially bring down the size of the PDF to manageable (even printable) levels.
And make it easier to browse through looking for a particular clip.

Red camera or Sony files are no problem as one clip is one file, so PDFs of those camera backups are compact.

With LTO-7 doing 5+ TB this is an even bigger problem.

    Any fixes?
