    Huge file sizes, revisited

    Hello,

    Back in 2008 there was also a topic on huge file sizes using Final Cut Pro, but it didn’t answer my question.

    The problem is the same though. I made a video of just over 4 minutes in Final Cut Pro 10, and ended up with a 3.35GB file. In comparison, similar kinds of videos I have of 22 minutes only take up 500MB…

    So I use Final Cut Pro 10, have a Apple MacBook OS 10.6.8 and QuickTime 10. What can I do to decrease video file sizes when exporting?
