  Huge document on my Boot Drive named -C (93GB) since upgrade to SL

  I noticed after the upgrade to Snow Leopard that my boot drive was fuller than before while expecting it to be lighter if anything. I have now discovered this huge document on my Boot Drive named ‘-C’ (93GB) since the upgrade to SL. When I clicked on it it started ‘unpacking’ and I stopped that. Is this a critical doc or can I delete it? It’s taking up a heck of a lot of space on my drive.
