    HSL or tracking not working with alexa log-c footage (v8.2)

    Hi

    I’m working on a short that was shot on the alexa in log-c (prores) and I’m using an input LUT to bring to rec709. Trouble is that HSL qualifiers and tracks aren’t really working, it’s as though Resolve is ‘looking’ at the flat log-c image as it pulls a key which basically means it can’t even tell green from purple. Tracking is really struggling as well.

    Am I missing something?

    Hi Michael, I dont see that here so cant imagine what it may be. When will you make the step to 9.0.2…. there are 100 new features compared to 8.2?

    Hmm,

    I am updating to 9 though it involves a OS update as I’m running SL so have to complete current work before I hibernate for a couple of days to get the new OS running with everything working as it should and tested
