HPZ820 Thunderbolt does not work under Windows 10 so BMD Thunderbolt devices do not yet work
HI
Just thought I would draw attention to the fact that the Thunderbolt card in the supported workstation of choice HP Z820 does not work under Windows 10.
annoying as the PCIe cards were fine but I just bought thunderbolt 4k so I didn’t have to squash the GPU onto the cables in the bottom slot. If only there was double space in the Z820.
Anyway, rolling back to W7Pro64

UPDATE: Yes it does if you update hardware under Windows 7
RECOMMENDATION: update all drivers and equipment BEFORE updating to Windows 10
WARNING: Other thunderbolt devices may need updating in future under W7/8 so keep back up OS
BMD does not yet support Windows 10 but my Thunderbolt 2 ULTRASTUDIO 4K is now working with HPZ820
