  HPX300 Desperately in Need

  I just got a brand new HPX300 two days ago. It looks like crud. Super noisy and muddy images. I did a firmware upgrade and disabled

  The store I bought it from is clueless and tell me I need to set it up right. They are no help. I also will probably have a hassle from them to even return it because they are going to cite user error somewhere.

  My settings in camera are as follows:

  DR Effect 1 (I turned it off also by mapping a user key yo turn off)

  Knee Low
  Matrix Norm1
  Skin Tone Dtl Off
  V Details Freq THIN
