    Hello all,
I’m using a AG-HPX170P. I usually have 2 32gb cards in the camera at one time. The problem is that the camera records onto slot 2 before slot 1. I’m sure there is an easy fix for this somewhere deep in the menus…
    Thanks in advance!

    Richard,

I’m not sure about the 170, but on a 250 there is a user button (user 4) right under the card slots that functions as a card slot select button. I believe the 170 has a dedicated slot select button. Use the button to select the slot containing card 1 before you start recording.

The SLOT SEL button offers a one-touch mechanism to select the slot whose card will be recorded.
