  HPX Error

  I have a shooter using one of our HPX 250s on location and having problems getting a usable image out of it. I had thought something was wrong with the white balance because we are getting errors when trying to set the auto white balance, but after looking at footage, I’m worried something is going wrong with one of the CMOS sensors. There is some information in the blue channel, but just barely. Any possibility there’s some rogue setting that we can fix, or does this camera need service?

  Camera model is AG-HPX250P
  We shoot in AVC-Intra 50, 1080i 30PN.
