HPX 2000
We’ve purchased a 2000 at year end and have just now had time to sit down with the manual and start going thru the camera. Right out of the gate we can’t get the P2 cards to be seen by the unit. Loaded the 5 15G cards into the bays and when we go to format them, the menu just says “not supported”. Perhaps we’re missing something, or do we have a larger issue? Its the weekend so we cannot reach our reseller.

Is the write protected tab flipped?

I’m sure you mean 16 g cards. You will need to uodate the p2 cards, and camera software :=)

Yeah, 16G (6&5 are so close together on the keyboard:) ) Turns out we did have to update the camera firmware. Just figured out of the box a long time after the 16G cards came out the camera would have had current firmware. Took about an hour to do it, but no big deal.
