HPX-170 Iris stayed closed.
I haven’t had the camera forever but this was really weird. I was just about to shoot and didn’t touch any buttons and the Iris closed. I tried to restart the camera, but it continued. I could still hear the audio.
Just as I started to put it away it opened back up. I touched nothing and it was about a minute after I had restarted. Any ideas would be appreciated. I was glad I had my second camera with me.
also, The image seems pretty grainy. I have put it in all the different settings without much change.

I’d guess that the manual iris was on and the iris was closed. When it opened up, you may believe you did not touch the button, I’m thinking it was touched.
low light = gain. Add some light and the grain will go away.
