  How would you…… Do this?

  Been playing with an idea…. Make a video, to be set for “First Play” of DVD/BR….. to play only once… then go to menu…

  The video could be a separate asset pre-edited in Premiere…. The end of this video would have the buttons from the subsequent menu ‘Fade Up’ on top of the video, then the last frame of that video (Without the keyed buttons) would be the background of the main Menu.

  I’ve got everything straightened out as to how to create this except one: How would I create the video for the Buttons that will be faded in — keyed over opening video ???? Would the best approach be to create a menu over black, do a screen capture and use that in Premiere to key over opening video, then change background from black to the last frame image of video… which is stretched to a video and repeated?

  I sometimes get waylaid by simple things…
