How would you do this effect?
So, these are some designs by Pete Harrison (if you didn’t know)
How would you do something like this in AE? I mean, just imagaine it coming around the woman’s leg or something. Obviously you could do the glowing balls with the partcile generator (I think).

Particular all the way for the glowing balls. Get them following a path using the Motion path feature then glow ’em up using…glow!
3D stroke will sort you out for the lines. All camera-controllable if you need it to be..
More coloured glow with masks and blending mode experimentation should complete the vibe…
