  how to UPLOAD keyboard settings to cloud

  Hi –
  Running PrP CC 2015, on a Mac. I have never synced my settings to the cloud. Now, 6 months in, I’d like to. I’m working on a different machine in a different place tomorrow and I’m trying to figure out how to move my keyboard settings. I read all the documentation on sync settings, but when I go to do it, it gives me only a download option, not an upload option. (It says, “Premiere must close the project to download and install these settings.”) I have no files on the cloud, and my Adobe personal ID is not in the preferences pulldown menu as I see in some tutorials. There’s something very basic I’m not doing. Can you help me figure out what it is? Thanks!
