    How to upgrade from r16 to r17

    Hi everybody,

    sorry for the silly question but I can’t understand how to upgrade my c4d r16 to r17.
    I have a license and the MSA with me. If I go to windows > updates it doesn’t show me any upgrade available. On the webpage I can’t download anything. Does my retailer have to send it to me by mail?

    Can you help me please?

    You should have gotten an e-mail with the upgrade instructions if you’re MSA was in effect. I’d call your retailer or your local Maxon distributor (Maxon US if you’re in the States).
