How to change the size of the artwork in illustrator.
For example, how can transform artwork into 4 megapixels?

Can you be more specific?
Where is the artwork being used?
Are you importing into another app and finding it’s too small?Change your file dimension to something simple like LETTER and scale it up then save again.
If it’s going to Photoshop, you can open it at any dimension assuming it’s all vector.
