how to sync program clip with source clip in premiere pro
I can’t believe Google brings back nothing! I know if you press “F” Premiere Pro will sync the source monitor with the program monitor. But how do you do the opposite? Sync what’s in the program monitor with the frame in the Source monitor? I used to know this. I thought it was “F” while holding doing alt or ctrl, but noooooooooooo!!!
Anyway, little help, please.
btw, amazingly, GH4’s C4K footage plays smooth as butter on my PC, and grading is a dream compared to G7 footage. Now I know how Jon Doughtie feels! 😉
