How to speed up/slow down

There are at least 2 ways to do everything in Vegas

right click on the clip (event) insert envelope>adjust as wanted
Remember to resize the clip depending on the method used

To slow the clip down you can also CONTROL and pull the length of the clip to what you want

You could use Excalibur to do all of this for you
