October 30, 2013 at 3:33 pmThe only method i know of is to split your audio exactly where you
want it to slow down and pick up, and hold down the ctrl key while
you drag just the end of that cut out to your right, then drag back the
remaining audio to touch the edge…..Hope that is clear to you.Steve Rhoden

November 2, 2013 at 4:27 amSlow the audio or turn down the audio?
Do you just want to duck the audio, say reduce the volume of the background music to hear a narration better? First, turn on the track volume envelope. Next make a region where you want to duck the audio, then drag the volume envelope down. Instant duck.

February 28, 2014 at 7:59 amI think you should split the audio files to several parts.
Select the specific part which you want to slow down, and edit it with audio editor.
With regard to the normal part, just keep it as original.
I searched a tutorial in Google, hope it helps.
