    hello sir! we are now shoot in one short film… first schedule we use 7D camera… second schedule we cant hire that camera..we plan to use canon 550D.. nxt week we are going to second schedule.. so what is the following principles in 550D to match with 7D footage… how to use colour settings and exposure settings…? we used standard mode and correct exposure in 7D. so wat we do in 550D???

    Just use the same settings for both cameras. With similar lenses you won’t notice much of a difference. Shouldn’t be an issue. The 7D has a bit less noise when using higher ISOs. But other than that, the picture should be almost identical.

    Exactly what Peter said. Use the same settings.

    Also try to use the same picture profile, WB and lenses – you shouldn’t be able to tell the difference!
