How to set export setting in Premiere Pro 2
Hi, Im having problem with a created 4:3 PAL 2d animation, which need to transfer to Digital Betacam in cinema aspect ratio (1:1.85).
1. What should I set in the project setting in Premiere Pro 2?
2. Im not that familiar with the title safe and action safe area for cinema aspect ratio. Need help for cropping.Really appreaciate your help.

If you convert your 2d animation (720×576,1.067 pixel aspect ratio,4:3 frame aspect ratio) to 1:1.85, there will be rescaling that might soften your animation. Its a good idea to create the 2D animation in the aspect ratio of the target output. Otherwise, make a custom project setting in Premiere and edit in desktop mode. The best path would be to edit in “normal” PAL editing mode and have the tape converted.

I would have set it the way you told me if client specify the animation to show on cinema. At the begining, the animation is just for tv broadcast. So I created the 2d animation with Photoshop and After Effects in just 720×576 resolution.
Argh.. might need to recreate the whole damn thing. Or I might just leave it like that, but vertical black stripes on left and right edges will be seen when projected in cinema.
Anyway, thanks for the advice.
