How to set “duration playing pictures” ?
Hello,
I would like to ask how is possible quickly set duration of playing pictures in Sony vegas 8 PRO ?
I am doing pictures presentation and I would like to put there approximately 30 pictures.
However, every picture is automaticaly set for playing only 5 second. How is possible to quickly extend this number and set duration on 15 seconds ?
Please could you help me and show me any screen coz I am not using english version.

Before adding the pictures to the timeline, you can change the default setting of duration. Go to OPTIONS, PREFRENCES, tab EDITING and fill the required duration for NEW STILL IMAGE LENGTH.
If the images are already on the timeline, the only way to change duration time is by doing this by hand or by using a script. Scripts can save you a lot of time when you are working with large amounts of pictures.

well, there is another quick way:
1) select all the pics on the timeline
2) make sure EDIT DETAILS is visible (View menu)
3) all pics will be visible in Edit Details, Highlight the LENGTH property from the top to the bottom, i.e. of all the pics
4) type a number e.g. 4.00
5) press ENTERdone
