How to send from zoom H6 to dslr?
I’ve pretty much decided to take my tascam dr60D back to the store and change it for a zoom h6. The main reason is that the battery life of 2,5 hours on the tascam is a dealbreaker or me.
But now I find out that there is some issue with sending a signal from the zoom h6 to a dslr. Some special cable or some such thing is needed. What is it called, how much does it cost? Is there any other quirks I need to be aware of?
What are your thoughts on sound recording devices for dslr?

What you are thinking of is a Sescom cable. The one I have is a

which allows both connecting the Zoom to the DSLR and for monitoring the signal using a headset
