  How to select only text in a paragraph.

  This is driving me bonkers. Is there a way to select all the text in a paragraph, but not the paragraph itself?

  If you turn on invisibles and quad-click a paragraph, you’ll see that it select the paragraph symbol as well.

  What I currently do is:

  1. Quad-click
  2. Shift + Right Arrow, Left Arrow, Left Arrow

  Anyone know of a better way?
