How to save user settings to a USB, like media composer, without using creative cloud sync

on the mac go to Users/YourUserName/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/9.0 or 8.0 (depends on what version oc CC you use) and you will find a folder Profile-YourUserName: this is what you are looking for.
