How to save 360p Quality with Vegas Pro 9?

I’ll be sure to do that, I’ve already told friends (whose computers can render without shutdown) to use AVC 640×360 – they preferred it. I will help others if I can.

Okay so when I’ve downloaded it, what do I do? I haven’t installed any other plug-ins for Vegas so step by step would be greatly appreciated.
