How to render with markers in Sony Studio Platinum 13
I recently upgraded to Vegas studio platinum 13. It’s so different than the previous version but easy however, I can’t seem to render HD content and have it render with the Markers. I’ve searched and looked at preferences and properties but can’t see how to do it. There used to be a “Render As” menu item but it’s gone and now it’s just “make a movie”. But still no checkbox anywhere for “Render markers in video” like there used to. I looked in DVD architect and do not see anything there and after I burn a Blu-Ray, I can’t skip between markers. Can anyone help?

Just out of curiosity, what’s the exact Vegas version were you using before
you said you upgraded?Also, as i dont have much experience with the limited Vegas studio versions,
im thinking probably that option is only available in the Pro versions…Steve Rhoden (Cow Leader)

Oh this has to be a studio pro version. My previous version which had a checkbox to render the markers was Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0. The Platinum 13 version was simply a $50 upgrade from Sony to the latest version.

Movie Studio Platinum 13 changed this as the OP has noticed.
Go to Make Movie > Save it to hard drive > (Format) Advanced options > in Render As window click the “Render Options” down arrow to open drop-down menu to see the “Save project markers in rendered media file” check box.Btw, DVD Architect Studio 5 has the option to “Insert Scene/Chapter Marker.”
