    I like to know how to render out to proress 4444 and othe proress in After effects.

    I am on windows 7

    I understand that this is one of the highest qualities.

    Windows can not render ProRes
    If you really care for quality, render DPX/TIF/EXR
    Or go a tiny bit below and chose DNxHD

    OK and TIFF 16 bits of course…

    I would need to render a separate audio file.

    What would be best quality render of audio embedded? Just quicktime uncompressed?
