  How to render After effects to the web

  Hai Friends,
  I am Vinay I am new to the forum Can you please help me..Actually I am a beginner in After Effects You might have seen smart projects done in After Effects in http://www.templatemonster.com Can you please tell me how to render projects done in After Effects to the web How to embed in html Is it enough to export it to Flash and then embed that in html and if it is done in that way will we have to compromise with the quality..
