how to render 7.5 gis to 1.99 gigs exactly?
I have just joined Daily Motion. I want upload my 60 minute weekly shows to Daily Motion. I already upload weekly to You Tube. You Tube has no file size limits so consequently I have been upload HD files approx. 7.5 gigs each.
As it turns out Daily Motion has a 2 gig file size limitation. My question:
Is there a way inside Vegas pro to re-render my 7.7 gig files to precisely 1.99 gigs (safety area). Or is it going to be hit and miss.

File size is determined by bit rate. Search the web for a bit rate calculator. I like this one. It looks like one hour of video needs to be encoded at about 4Mbps to come in at less that 2 GB.
